Once Upon a time there was a little girl.

One day whilst playing at the bottom of the garden she came upon a tiny fairy called the Bluebell fairy.
Amongst the flowers and toadstools she learnt to dance and sing
and decided she would be a dancing fairy for the rest of her life.
Until one day she met the most famous magic wizard of them all called Pee Dee and he helped her
and taught her the wonders of magic. From that moment she was a Magical, sparkling Mystical fairy that
flitted around the countryside making all the children, with a little help from their imagination, truly believe in Magic!!!

Barbara began her professional life as a soloist classical dancer representing London at the Royal Albert Hall
and then went on to be Principal dancer for The Ballet Moulin Rouge and The Ballet Pigalle in South Africa.

On her return to England she began working in pantomime in London and all over the country
playing almost every possible Fairy, Dandini, Slave of the Ring and So-shi.

As well as pantomime Barbara has performed in many charity shows such as Drury Lane and the Victoria Palace
plus summer shows at The Congress, Eastbourne, The Wellington Pier Gt. Yarmouth, Pavilion Sandown
where she worked with artists such as Bruce Forsyth, Roy Castle Val Doonigan Lu Lu and many others.

It was whilst she was choreographing on the I.O.W that she joined up with a band and toured Germany and Italy
working for the American Air Bases, after which she returned to London to choreograph.
She then met her partner and together they formed the song and dance duo 'Two's Company
working abroad in Gibralta, Rhodesia and Malta and in London
at the famous Penthouse Club, Plumes and The Astor Club the Savoy,
Dorchester, Grosvenor House and all premier hotels.

Later Barbara appeared in Eastenders, The Bill, London's Burning, and The Barrymore Show.

She was introduced into magic by Paul Daniels who helped and encouraged her
and she is now one of the few lady members of the exclusive Magic Circle, based in London.
She has performed all over England for adults and children in her Fairy Spangles Magic show
and made a guest appearance in the Care Bears show.
She has also coached gymnastics, taught dance, assisted with a juggling act and magic act,
and is an accomplished flyer having flown several times in Pantomime.
In her most recent Pantomime she appeared as Fairy Godmother in Cinderella at the grand Theatre Swansea with
Melinda Messenger and Jonathon Morris.

In December she returns for the fifth time to St.James' Palace to perform magic and balloons.
She is a highly acclaimed Associate of the Inner Magic Circle (with silver star)
A member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians, The International Magicians Society, The Grand Order of Lady Ratlings (a showbiz charitable organisation) The Zodiac Magic Society and British Actors Equity Association.
